We manifested The Pines’ ethos of refined coastal hospitality into an immersive architectural environment above the North Cronulla dunes. Defined by the interplay of crisp structural detailing, tactile organic surfaces, and expansive glazing, the space reflects the breezy, Hamptons-inspired elegance of their dining experience. While the venue exudes an effortless seaside calm, it is underpinned by rigorous spatial engineering—utilizing deep, operable facades that gracefully negotiate coastal weather while drawing ocean breezes inward. We focused on the delicate balance between robust shelter and absolute transparency, crafting a luminous, open-air destination that deeply connects with its iconic Norfolk Pine setting.
