We translated Pilgrims’ legacy of wholesome, plant-based nourishment into a tangible spatial experience. Anchored by the finesse of hand-made fine textured tiles, the movement of the rich stone, and refined characteristics of stainless steel, our design mirrors the integrity and thoughtful nature of their menu. Behind the simple character of their dishes are complex and lengthy processes, visualised by the solid ‘Manor Red’ soffit, disguising its intricacies. We prioritized the relationship between the honest and unrefined, and highly worked materials to create a moody, grounded sanctuary to experience Pilgrims.
